I am looking to secure a short term loan to make up for the balance needed for a minimum fund size. The funds will be channeled into a portfolio of foreign investments. The lock-in period required is only 12 months with a return of 1.75x on capital. This works out to a net return of $52,500, a gain of $22,500.
