We are honored to share that we are launching our Japanese Rice Bowl expansion plan giving investors an opportunity to plug into a proven, successful idea and operating system that has been invented, perfected, branded and marketed from the current prototype concept stall which we have established for the past 2 years and we are proud to mention that our customers feedback that our food is great and unique.
Over the past 2 years, we have managed to fine-tune and simplify an operating system whereby the recipe is precise and workflow procedure is made in a way whereby 1 person alone is able to handle.
We have developed a unique taste and recipe for our concept and we are proud to say that, and even our customers say that our concept is special and not found anywhere else.
Our sauces are made by hand and our food is well marinated to keep customers coming back for more of our food! For the past 2 years, we manage to achieve a nett profit $6k+ every single month less all expenses operating from Wednesday to Sunday, 10 hours per day.
We have developed a system to run the food concept for the past year so as to be able to build a franchise model in the near future. Everything and system that is design now is geared towards the future of running a central kitchen to cater to multiple franchise outlets.
We are seeking for investment funds to expand to a flagship store location just nearby our current stall location, we will be taking over an existing eatery that is doing poorly because their food standard is really bad and pricing is on the high side.
The current eatery layout and kitchen is suitable for our concept as they are currently serving Japanese bento set. We are set to takeover them in mid January and we can begin operations in February 2020. We expect our revenue and nett profit to double when we move to this new location as we will be adding new dishes, new price point and additional drinks revenue.
